I received a traffic ticket while working out of town. This ticket led to a appearance in court which I was not able to attend. Boris did a great job of communicating what I needed to do to clear up this violation.

Boris completed a tricky house purchase for us. When FedEx lost my documents he went out and found them. When I couldn’t close on the appointed day he made it OK with the seller. He was always available to explain things. He went the extra mile, all on a fixed fee.

Boris has dealt with those county prosecutors and was able to reduce the penalty to my citation which would have been up to 6 mnths, jail time. Boris helped us in the process of selling our home. When we were told we had a certain deadline (on the same day) to close on our home on a day we wanted to close, he expedited the process very quickly and we were able to make the deadline with the title company.
